For the last few months, I have been teaching drums part time at Pick Studio, a local music studio who have a great presence in the local community and who I connected with at a local open mic. Through a discussion with Patrick, I learned that some of the guys at Pick Studio are getting into an audio-video broadcast project to showcase local talents in the arts and business and I thought this would be a great place to pitch in some of my multimedia skills and get to help out on such a fun project.
Today we recorded a session with a very talented local artist and I can’t wait to see how the video and audio production turns out. I am excited to see what sorts of creative projects come out of this partnership in the future. I had a great time recording and working with a great bunch of local talent!
